Following an extended search in the market in 2019, CDC East Africa Advisers (the local subsidiary of CDC Group) selected The Address building for its new office location.

After looking at several available office facilitates in the greater Westlands’s area, we, together with CDC, UK’s Government investment fund, settled on The Address.

In addition to its loction and being a new and modern facility, we also considered security aspects of the location and the building. The Address received the highest security marks among the options we considered. 
Completing the administrative and legal process has also been done with ease and flexibility and our numerous requests regarding the fit-out of the facility had been met in the same cooperative manner.
