We work towards creating value to all our stakeholders including employees, investors, suppliers, bankers, contractors and moreover, our customers.

Our Management Team

Mr. CHETAN HAYER

Mr. Chetan Hayer is a passionate Real Estate enthusiast. He has a background that includes Civil Engineering from Mumbai, India and a Masters from Boston, USA. His work stint at KPMG-Boston gave him a unique opportunity of attention to details and a unique flair towards his work culture methodology.
His focus is on identifying the market trend and future opportunities, assembling the correct team-mix to execute a certain project. Identifying key parameters towards the uniqueness of a project. His robust marketing techniques has assisted the Group in communicating its strengths to the market.
An astute focus towards innovative financing schemes has assisted in maintaining and sustaining the Group’s leadership towards increasing its market share.
His reliance on relationship and trust, has assisted in structuring, operating, and sustaining an idea to its conception.

Mr. OMAR MWINYI

Mr. Omar is the in-charge of financial administration required for operations of the project and the office. He leads a team of 6 members. Mr. Omar has a rich experience of close to 30 years. He is well qualified as CPA, member of ICPAK and an MBA graduate from Moi University. He has exposure in various Industries and sectors including Local Govt. Body of Mombasa, Ship Building & Engineering Co., FMCG manufacturing concerns and Real Estate Construction. His core competence is Accounting management, Budgeting, Planning, forecasting supervising, Forensic and Statutory Audit.

Board Advisor

Hayer One has strengthened its organization by engaging Mr Kjartan Stigen as a member of the Advisory Board. He has a background as a macroeconomist educated at the University of Oslo, Norway. After working for almost 20 year as a career diplomat for the Norwegian government he joined Norfund in 2001, a leading development finance institution. In Norfund he headed various executive positions and was until 2019 the Head of the Regional Office in Nairobi. He is on the Board of several companies in the hospitality sector in the region including the Serena Group. Currently he is MD Africa for the Malthe Winje Group, an engineering company developing and building small hydropower projects in East Africa. Having worked and lived in Africa for 10-15 years he has a deep understanding of the challenges of developing commercial investments in Africa and particularly in Kenya and East Africa. Stigen will with his network and advice strengthen our strategic understanding of the market and our long term growth as a company.
